Recruitment to Malutkowo Public Kindergarten in Krakow for the school year 2024/2025 is conducted using an electronic system. The recruitment system is based on uniform recruitment criteria.
Enrolment at Malutkowo Public Kindergarten will take place from 1-29 March 2024. An electronic enrolment service for parents will operate from 1 March 2024 on the website: https://krakow.formico.pl/formico-parents/main.action
Those who do not have access to the Internet or do not wish to use the electronic form of recruitment may fill in the Application for Admission by hand – the forms will be available for download at the kindergarten or on the kindergarten’s website under the REGISTRATION – Documents tab.
Children are enrolled once, for the entire pre-school education stage.
In subsequent years, parents only submit a Declaration of Continuation of Pre-school Education.
IMPORTANT
Irrespective of the manner of filling in the Application for admission (by hand or as a computer printout), it must be submitted to the first-choice kindergarten (indicated by parents as the first one).
Failure to submit a completed Application for admission to the first-choice kindergarten by 29 March 2024 will result in the child’s non-participation in the recruitment process. Signed applications with the required attachments should be submitted to Malutkowo Public Kindergarten, 1 Łepkowskiego Street (Entrance No. 1) between 7 am and 5 pm.
